Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve inbound customer service inquiries and issues via telephone, live chat, and email.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding order issues, returns, and unresolved concerns to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain the e-commerce website by uploading new products and updating existing product listings.
- Create and process purchase orders accurately while monitoring inventory levels, stock availability, and returned merchandise.
- Consistently deliver excellent customer satisfaction and service.
- Work effectively and cooperatively with department staff and management to complete assigned duties and support overall team objectives.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of one year of direct experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate a strong customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in web browsers and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel, is required.
- Punctuality, reliability, and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment are essential.
Physical Requirements
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull.
- Occasionally required to use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, reach, and/or carry
