Location:
*Teaneck, NJ : 411 Alfred Avenue, Teaneck, NJ (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm)
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Design and update job postings
- Source candidates from various job boards and channels
- Conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews
- Conduct employment verification and background checks
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Assist with new hire training and orientation
- Communicate with managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with employee requests with questions about HR policies or procedures
- Assist with employee benefit questions such as health or 401K
- Maintain employee files, update databases, and other administrative tasks
- Contribute to initiatives that promote employee satisfaction including but not limited to planning and hosting events for employees
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- At least one year of full-time experience in a human resources role; in-house recruiting experience a plus
- Proficient understanding of the Spanish language
