Location

  • Long Island City, NY : 39-15 21st Street, Long Island City, NY (Monday-Friday 7am-5pm)

Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide general admin duties including typing, filing, faxing and mailings
  • Effectively work in cooperation with department staff and management on duties assigned
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in office administration and/or customer service
  • Some knowledge in accounting is a PLUS
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Punctuality, dependability and integrity
